All transactions on the phgreat75 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phgreat75 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The phgreat75 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. phgreat75 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
phgreat75 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. In the event of termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. You may close your phgreat75 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes, phgreat75's records of game results and account activity shall be the primary source of evidence. phgreat75's decision on gaming disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.
